Two of the best books I have read in a ling time. he's sent to kill her but doesn't, he saves her, she saves him but in the end he does kill her. Please please another book soon. .could not put these books down. Loved and hated the ending..........
Such a great story in fact so good I could not put it down. Therefore I'm left waiting and not patiently lol for the next book. I can't wit it seems to get better and better.
This is the sequel to Fall of Darkness. You need to read the first book to understand this one. This book has an interesting story line and good character development. But the characters are not as likeable as they should be. There are plot holes and ridiculous behavior. A vampire and werewolf couple are on the run from two groups of assassins. But they do nothing to hide or protect themselves. They stay at his apartment. They go sight seeing in Paris. He spends two million on a bottle of champagne but doesn't hire any body guards. By the way the champagne purchase was more ridiculous than romantic. She is the savior of the vampire race. But, they just keep letting her go or get captured. She is the destruction of of the werewolf race but they also are pretty casual about the whole thing. Both groups are always at a party or a club. They have unprotected sex after just meeting. And this book ends with a cliff hanger. As of April 22, 2017 the sequel still is not available.
I am totally hooked on the Darkness Chronicles. Elle Bright did not disappoint with this second installment. Great new characters, and a wonderful continuation of Kate and Dom's story. How can you love the one who could be the downfall of your entire race? Do you betray those who are counting on you to have that love? This book is well written, and keeps you turning pages. My only regret is that book three isn't out yet. I can't wait for the outcome. Truly enjoyable!
What a book just love Kate and Dominic even more!!! This book is so exciting and amazing and so hot hot at times that it take your breath away!!! This is a awesome books but hoping that the three book comes out this year the way it ends well have you crying!!!! This is a must read!!!!
Dark Redemption picks up where Fall of Darkness ends. You get to experience the love between Dominic and Kate. And the darkness behind another character who uses every means possible to destroy that love. I highly recommend this book and Fall of Darkness! Can't wait for the next one!!
I loved Fall of Darkness! The 2nd book Dark Redemption continues the story of Kate and Dominic. I enjoyed this book also, but I did feel the book dragged some in the first part of the book. When it did pick up, the plot took off. Fast paced and action packed!! I would like to know what is going on in Dominic's family.
The part of his family that wants to kill him, like his Dad. I guess we will find out more in the next book. Can't wait to see what happens to Kate!! I think the prophecy is working it's magic and Kate will change again. Good job Elle, keep the fast pace coming.
